Lubrication and maintenance is very important to an injection machine, it will affect the machine life directly. Injection machine need lubricating oil for all the moving parts. During the injection molding, lots of moving part on injection machine making energy transformation; so the lubricating oil can reduce the wear abrasion.

Injection machine have automatic lubrication system for clamping unit. During the machine working, lubricating oil pump will offer oil to clamping parts automatically. Of course common injection machine has manual lubrication system for injection unit.

Injection machine don't have requirement on the lubricating oil brand and type. But different lubricating oil could not be mixed together, because they have different ingredient, it may reduce the lubricating performance, and damage the steel casting.
